How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout and submit your details. You will receive an order number straight away and our team will contact you to confirm your order.
Can I pay online?
Online payment is coming soon. For now, we confirm every order request personally and share the next steps with you.
Can I change or cancel my order request?
Yes. Write to us with your order number and we will help before your order is confirmed.

The balm
Is the lip balm a medicine?
No. Manjistha & Ratanjoth Lip Balm is a cosmetic for external use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Where can I find the ingredient list?
The product page lists every ingredient with its botanical name, how to use the balm, and cautions. The pack carries the same information.
